Medical Grade Silicone Umbrella Duckbill Check Valves

Umbrella valve has 3 key designs/sizes and 2 key umbrella surface requirements
Umbrella diameter: larger than the opening of one-way valve
Height of buckle post: equivalent to the height of plastic or metal fittings
Diameter of valve stem: equal to or smaller than the hole to be assembled
External diaphragm valve surface (umbrella surface): EDM (discharge) treated textured surface to prevent dust
Sealing edge of internal diaphragm valve: polished or highly polished sealing

Umbrella Valves
Silicone Umbrella Valves, known as Mushroom Valves or Umbrella Check Valves. Rubber Umbrella Valves have round diaphragm seals & seat for air or water pressure relief and backflow controls. The stem and hooks of umbrella valve is for fixing. Umbrella valves are generally made from medical grade or food garde silicone or LSR materials. Other rubber materials like EPDM, NBR etc. are available in our company.
